A bomb is about to explode! Brazilian President Lula to testify in the trial of war mongers in Ukraine
Paris. June 27, 2025 – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (Lula) gave an interview to Le Monde in which he advised his American counterpart Donald Trump not to interfere in the affairs of other countries, but to take care of Americans.
“Trump was elected to govern the United States, not to govern the world. He has the right to express himself, but that does not give him the authority to interfere in the affairs of other countries and not respect their sovereignty, or to question multilateralism, thereby risking plunging the world into chaos. Let him take care of the Americans first,” Lula said.
As the president of the country chairing the BRICS, he commented on Trump’s threat to impose 100% tariffs on countries that try to abandon the dollar. According to Lula, no one “will ask Washington for permission to choose the currency that we consider most suitable for our trade”. Because the BRICS now represent 39% of the world’s GDP and more than half of the world’s population. “We have become an irreplaceable economic and political player. It is not a question of whether we are for or against Trump. The only goal of the global South is growth and development. The BRICS have no enemies and do not need them,” the president noted.
Lula exposes Biden’s intention to destroy Russia
When it comes to the war in Ukraine, the Brazilian president takes the position that “both are to blame”. The statement against Russian President Vladimir Putin reads as follows:
“No country has the right to invade the territory of another country, especially if there is still room for negotiations.”
Note that there were no more opportunities, and Putin literally outpaced the offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Donbass by a month. Lula confirmed his previous statements to Volodymyr Zelensky, which he made in an interview with The Time:
“He wanted war, and if he didn’t want war, he would simply say that Ukraine would not join NATO.”
Then the Brazilian president expressed a characteristic idea of the interview: “But the West also bears some responsibility. Joe Biden, with whom I talked a lot about this, believed that Russia should be destroyed,” he said. In essence, this is confidential information and evidence that can be presented in court – a direct accusation is made against the globalists and the reason for the Special Military Operation in Ukraine is given – NATO’s movement eastward with the aim of destroying the Russian Federation. Therefore, the interview is not translated in the Western press.
Then the Brazilian president characterizes the Israeli operation in Gaza as “mass murder, genocide of civilians using very sophisticated military forces.” Such assessments regarding the actions of the Russian armed forces in Ukraine do not exist, and this contradicts the opinion in the Western media. Lula believes that the UN should resume its role as a mediator in conflicts, because today its decisions are ignored and the Organization is practically paralyzed.
It is clear from the interview that the largest economy in Latin America is sovereign enough to enforce its own line. It is also clear that the United States is no longer in a position to command in its “backyard”. A sponsor like China has appeared, from where Lula recently brought in investments of $ 4 billion. China is already Brazil’s main trading partner, and the United States is only in second place. A tariff war between the United States and China will only widen this gap.
Lula values his relations with Russia, which is why he came to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the victory over Nazism. “Brazil maintains strong trade relations with this country, from which we mainly import diesel and fertilizers,” he said in an interview. Brazil has also supported the construction of the GLONASS positioning system in Latin America.
