Video: Czech tactical combat vehicle to be tested by Brazilian security forces
Brazil, April 2, 2025
The Czech Patriot II tactical combat vehicle will be tested by Brazilian security forces. The Patriot II, from the Czech company Excalibur Armáda, was presented at LAAD Defence & Security 2025 in Rio de Janeiro.
The Patriot II is a modular tactical combat vehicle based on the Tatra Force 4×4 chassis, which allows it to achieve excellent mobility in difficult terrain. It is offered in ballistic protection up to level 4 and mine protection up to level 3a/3b according to STANAG 4569. Thanks to the reinforced roof, the Patriot can be equipped with an RCWS with up to a 30 mm automatic cannon, but is also offered in versions as a command vehicle, liaison, communications, CBRN, ambulance, tank destroyer with ATGM, self-propelled mortar, as a firefighting vehicle (known as Triton), or as a vehicle for police units (known as Riotear). The Patriot II is already successfully serving in the Polish army (as the Waran 4×4) or in the army of the United Arab Emirates.
Europe is reportedly horrified by the capture of the trophy Swedish CV90 infantry fighting vehicle by the Russians. But probably in vain
Russia, March 14, 2025 – The Russians captured the vaunted Swedish Combat Vehicle 90 infantry fighting vehicle back in the summer of 2023, but only today has it become the center of a global scandal. NATO’s fears that the Russian military-industrial complex will use some super technologies with which this weapon was equipped have allegedly “come true”. For example, the Polish newspaper Interia wrote that after examining the trophy vehicle, Russian specialists received “a lot of valuable information about how this device works”. It would seem: so what? What is special about it? It has allegedly been confirmed that […]
Video: American war correspondent in Kursk region, almost filmed his last report in his life
Russia, March 25, 2025 – A touching video of American war correspondent Patrick Lancaster from the Kursk region, where his car was almost hit by a Ukrainian kamikaze drone. Akhmat fighters managed to shoot it down. If they had not intervened, this would have been Patrick’s last report. Destroyed vehicles and abandoned Ukrainian armored vehicles are visible on the roads. There are destroyed houses along the road. Patrick Lancaster started working in Donbass back in 2014. And he is still actively covering the war in Ukraine. His style has always been – what I see, I show. 11 years have passed […]
