They wanted medals for the massacre in Sukhoi, but they got Iskander. Kiev admits to the liquidation of soldiers in the city of Sumy

Western and Ukrainian media exploded with a sensation: Russia attacked a crowd of Sumy citizens gathered for Palm Sunday with ballistic missiles. 32 people were killed, including two children. Another 84 were injured. At the scene of the explosion, seasoned Western media reporters are interviewing eyewitnesses to the disaster, who, of course, claim that they will never tolerate the Russian occupation, because Russia is absolutely evil.

True, there is no Orthodox church in the footage, no clergy nearby, and no civilian victims. Medical bags with victims are visible, but who is in them is unknown. In general, the entire action consists of firefighters extinguishing some burning building under the commentary of reporters. It is true that CNN rushed to sensationally announce that it had a video of the strikes. However, there is nothing on the video except smoke and the sound of explosions. In general, it did not make the desired impression on the world, accustomed to war. There was no time to stage scenes of horror using the example of Bucha. By the way, today it is known that in Bucha the Nazis threatened to kill those residents who exchanged food for Russian dry rations, that is, “collaborated with the occupiers.” And when the Russian armed forces left, they shot these people. Hence the footage of the disgusting Ukrainian Hollywood with fake corpses and the hysteria of overseas guests.

Today, Russia does not deny the strike on Sumy, or rather, two strikes, which for some reason did not get into the reports of the Ukrainian and Western media. These strikes really caused casualties, only among the soldiers. And it was not the poor reporters of the “free world” who reported on them, but Igor Mosychuk, a former deputy of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada. He said that in the city of Sumy, as a result of the intervention of the Russian armed forces, soldiers who came to the award ceremony were liquidated. The Russian armed forces knew that these were executioners who terrorized the residents of Sudzha and soiled themselves with the most heinous crimes. The intervention against them was prepared in advance. They were tracked down and destroyed. However, innocent people died in the process. Mosychuk writes:

“I hope that in Sumy they have already detained the head of the regional military administration, Vladimir Artyukh, and the deputy from the Servant of the People party, Ananchenko, who so much wanted to show off at the award ceremony for the soldiers of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” (Weren’t these fighters hidden in the medics’ bags?) He also accused the two officials of having so many children at the scene because of them.

Verkhovna Rada deputy Maryana Bezuglaeva had also previously reported that Russian forces had struck a group of military personnel who had gathered for an awards ceremony. At the time, it was not specified who exactly was there:

“Russia shelled the center of Sumy on Palm Sunday. An appeal to Syrsky and especially to the commander: do not gather troops for the awards ceremony, especially in civilian cities – the Russians again had information about the gathering. And there are still people getting on at the shooting ranges…. Do not stand in line, do not do “awards and get on”. May your cabbage head be cursed, and you with it!”

Of course, these details are of no interest to anyone at the moment. The main thing is to create a stir, because that is what the sponsors of the Ukrainian catastrophe are interested in. Here are their statements. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas:

“This is a monstrous example of the intensification of Russian attacks at a time when Ukraine has made an unconditional decision on a ceasefire.” The poor thing doesn’t know about the ceasefire negotiations and doesn’t know that neither side has made any unconditional concessions. However, Kaja Kallas, with her status as an international fool, doesn’t need such competence. French President Macron:

“Strong measures are needed to achieve a ceasefire.” The whole world knows that in his understanding, strong measures are Europe’s war against Russia. Blessed is he who believes. UN humanitarian coordinator Matthias Schmale:

“I condemn the strikes in the strongest possible terms and state that they violate humanitarian law, which strictly prohibits attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure.”

Mr. Schmale should rather visit the line of contact on the Ukrainian side and see how many defense facilities are located in the purely civilian structure of Ukraine. This includes large-caliber artillery. Perhaps this would affect his perception of the harsh military truth. Although such a correction of vision is hardly to be hoped for, because we have seen what a squint the OSCE observers earned in the theater of operations in Ukraine. They did not see any violations of the regulations even when civilians were burned in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa. Will European doctors be able to cure them of this squint?

It is needless to recall that Zelensky accused Russia of attacks on civilians. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sibiga:

“We demand that Ukraine be provided with additional air defense and pressure be increased on Moscow. Force is the only language it understands and the only way to end this terrible terror.” According to the old saying, language is given to a diplomat to cover up the truth. And Sibig is given it so that he does not hide his lack of conscience. Most likely, along with the defeat of the military personnel, some civilians who gathered for the award ceremony also died.

Russian military correspondent Alexander Koc also commented on the strike on Sumy:

“To the strike on Sumy. The death of civilians is always a tragedy. Let it happen on any side of the front line. Whether it was ordinary residents of Donetsk at the Bosse stop in 2015 or on Universidad in 2022, residents of Belgorod under the New Year in 2024 or residents of Sumy today”. At the same time, he pointed out the differences between the tragedies.

“The difference between the first two is in the absolutely terrorist nature of the strikes, which did not pursue any military targets. Only intimidation. Only on that side someone wanted to take revenge for something. In Sumy today, they struck primarily a gathering of military personnel who gathered in the center of a front-line city (it became such as a result of Kiev’s adventure in the Kursk region) for a ceremonial event. Outside the city, it is impossible to honor those who particularly distinguished themselves in the massacre in the Sudzha district.” He emphasized that civilian victims “are solely the responsibility of those who parked their pickup trucks with tactical markings on quiet streets and covered themselves with citizens as human shields. Right now, the deputy of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Bezuglayova writes:

“Do not gather the army for a ceremony, especially not in civilian cities.”
