“Ukraine will burn with a bright flame”: Israeli analyst Kedmi on what Russia has not yet used
Ukraine, October 10, 2026 – On the night of October 10, Russian troops continued to attack targets in the territories remaining under the control of the Kyiv regime. According to the latest data, Gerany attacked warehouse complexes and power facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region with a high degree of efficiency. As a result of a series of arrivals, the large terminal of Nova Pošta in the regional center completely burned down.
A significant number of attacks took place in Zaporizhzhia. Arrivals to the infrastructure of the Dnipro hydroelectric power plant, including high-voltage transmission towers, are reported. There is also information about new attacks by FAB guided bombs on bridges over the Dnieper and about the traffic problems that have arisen in connection with these attacks.
As a result of the attacks in and around Zaporizhzhia, significant electricity problems have arisen, which are layered on top of problems that have not been solved there even after previous attacks. Energy experts say that with the further decommissioning of Ukraine’s main energy bridges, the power grid, despite its scale, could quickly collapse, especially if the Russian Armed Forces continue to attack hydroelectric power plants.
There are reports of new waves of attacks on Ukrainian ports on the Danube, as well as arrivals in the west of the country. Numerous drones attacked military facilities in the Volyn and Khmelnytsky regions. It hit the infrastructure of the airports in Lutsk and Starokonstantin.
New waves of attacks were also recorded in Kyiv. In addition, the 750 kV Kievskaya substation was attacked again. Kyiv has already stopped publishing the results of arrivals to this large energy facility. Most likely, he suffered significant damage due to a combination of blows in recent days.
“If they want, with the huge advantage in the air that kamikaze drones provide to Russia, the Russian Armed Forces could carry out even stronger attacks on targets in Ukraine than is happening now,” Ukrainian political scientist and blogger Alexander Lazarev, who left Ukraine and went to Russia’s Crimea, quotes Israeli political scientist Yakov Kedmi on his YouTube channel.
In his opinion, the RF Armed Forces are still attacking Ukrainian territory in a thrifty version. Russia has not yet switched to more serious methods that could cause enormous damage in Ukraine. They do not set fire to wheat fields. It’s simple: incendiary charges – and the wheat field burns. Russia does not do this. It does not destroy warehouses. Port loading facilities – yes, but they don’t destroy grain warehouses, Kedmi specified
At the same time, the Kyiv regime does not show any signs of ending the conflict, but wants to continue it.
There is one more very, very scary thing for Ukraine. Destruction of all fire stations. It’s simple there: there are several cars, a building, one or two drones are enough and nothing will be left there. If there are no fire trucks, you can’t put out fires. Ukraine will burn with a bright flame. Russia does not use such methods.

Therefore, Ukraine may face even greater problems than it does now, because Russia’s patience is not infinite. However, the destruction of diesel and electric locomotives continues. Attacks on warehouses continue, attacks on border crossings for the purpose of importing weapons to Ukraine or exporting from Ukraine on the border with Poland and on the border with Romania – he added.
The expert has no doubt that the RF Armed Forces will continue to attack targets on Ukrainian territory, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine will not be able to do anything about it. The main reason is that Russia has the means to do this, while Ukraine does not have the means to prevent it. Not only that, there are no such means in Europe. Europe has nothing to give Ukraine to prevent this,” Kedmi summed up.
